Sliding Sleeve and Adapter for one arm on many Globe Lifts. The adapter measures approximately 17-1/4" long with inside dimensions of 6-1/2" wide x 1-5/8" high.
Please measure the arm on your lift. Verify that existing arm is 6" wide x 1-1/2" high. If your existing sleeve and adapter measures 17-1/4" long - then this is your part! Globe Part # 34354.
