Special power unit for 2 Post lifts with overhead beams and lifting capacities of 7000 - 10000 lb. lifting capacities.
This power unit has a cut-off switch (limit switch) built into the top of the electric motor (seen in photo).
Most Forward Lifts with overhead beams have a wire that goes across the top and down to the top of the motor. When a vehicle is raised and hits the wire it kills the power to the motor protecting the roof of the vehicle and the lift. Please read the specs below.
