Set of 4 rubber pads for Rotary Lifts. These pads are used on Rotary lifts that have the rectangular (RA) spin up adapters, and are used on many SPO9, SPOA9, SPO10, SPOA10 SPO12 surface mount lifts and some SL29 & SL210 in-ground cassette lifts.
Square rubber pad measures 4-1/8" x 3-5/16" x 3/8" thick. Bolts to the existing steel adapters and has four 1/4" mounting holes. Mounting screws included.
Replaces part # FJ6158-4.
Replace your worn out pads!!
