12045 Overhead Mercury Limit Switch. This switch can be identified by its cylindrical tube attached to a 21' electric cord with pigtail ends.
Seen on 2-post Challenger/VBM brand lifts that use a limit switch on the overhead beam, including models 36000, 37000, 39000, 70000, 71000, CL9, CL10, E10, E12, Q10, SA10, and VS10, among others.
Also seen and used on Ammco lift models B2700 and B2900.
Please note that some newer versions of the above models have changed limit switches over time and may use one of a different style than this original mercury switch.
